The 11th Hour · The Work

Twenty years of work, shown one room at a time.

One case study is open below. The rest are shown by invitation, for a reason we are happy to state plainly.

Their agency walked. The floor was already paid for.

Told without the client's name, which is how every case study on this site is told. The work is real and so are the numbers.

How they came in

A hundred thousand dollars of exhibition floor already paid for, three weeks out, and an agency that had stopped answering after being paid. No booth, no graphics, no printed material, no video, and nothing to hand anyone who stopped walking.

What they needed

To walk that floor as though the last three months had gone to plan. Not an apology and a smaller stand. The presence they had bought.

What we delivered

Assessed in a day, planned in two. Booth design and build, full graphics package, printed collateral, a brand film, and a photographer on site for the run of the show. Designers, printers and carpenters were working on it inside the same week.

What it took

Four trades and one point of contact. The client approved drawings and signed off on print. Everything between those two moments was ours to manage, including the parts that went wrong.

The result

They walked the floor as though none of it had happened. Figures for this engagement are available on request.

IIEverything Else

By Invitation

Client work is client privilege.

We do not publish our clients' work. Campaigns that have not run, buildings that have not opened, the deck that won a contract their competitor would like to read: none of it belongs on a public page, and a studio that posts it will post yours too.

What we show instead are case studies of capability. The same problems, the same dates, the same work, told without the name on them. Ask for a key and a butler will walk you through the ones that match your situation.

What you will see

Case studies in full: the situation, the date, the trades we put in the field, and what the client's delay cost them.

Who brings you through

A butler, on a call or in the room. You get the work that matches your situation rather than a folder of everything.

What it costs

Nothing. Asking is free, and so is the conversation that follows it.

Ask a butler for a key.

Tell us who you are and what you are working on. We will bring you the case studies that are relevant to it, and if there is nothing relevant we will tell you that instead.
